Our crepe business began with a propane powered mobile street cart in 2005. Inspired by a trip to Europe, and an entrepreneurial seizure, we set out to establish a market for healthy, local, fast food. We spent our first three summers on Port Dover’s pier. It was there that we discovered people who were hungry for a local, healthier food option that was fast and affordable. more >>
